| | Just a note to say that I've seen Google indexing the site while checking "Who's On". I went and did a Google search for BRodda (Its more common than you think, it's a Tolkien character too). My user profile on VCFodder Forums was ranked number 9 in the natural search results. Not bad, a real nice ranting for a site less than a week old. Means the forums have some really great SEO charateristics. Just some kudos

| | I've noticed that, too. Frankly, Bill and I are humbled by the amount of traffic VC Fodder receives, and our high rankings on major search engines. |

| Right now Google is looking at this post. SEO is more black magic than science. It's a war of escalation. However the key to a high ranking on Google now a days is new content. Chance are it's coming in on the RSS feeds. Still if there are good links to VC Fodder the two should have a multiplier effect and the traffic here should significantly raise the ranking of the main site.

| | Well it looks like MSN.com FINALLY got around to indexing this site. It took them a week longer than Google. And they wonder why people think their links aren't as relevant.... I'll have to see how my user name does in an MSN search later today.
