Users are allowed to make them as long as they want and of any topic they want. Once they are uploaded Burn will insert micro-ads into the content and then make them available for viewing and download from our site. The users will cash on a CPC basis (hopefully to make more content). We will make money off of advertising of course.</P><P>The more viral the video the more money they make.
