We already have a fully developed and functional web site, but don't have any budget to advertise and promote it. I've been trying to contact some venture capitalists that know about web 2.0 out there, but they all ask for a business plan, but we don't have one yet, and I'm not sure how to go about writing one. If anyone here can help us write the business plan, feel free to contact me as well. I know there are tons of social networking sites popping up everywhere, but our site offers unique concept where users can submit any kind of media/content and interact to each other in many different ways. The reason we're looking for a partner is because we spent all our budget on the development and now we don't have anything to promote it with (banner advertising, CPC etc...) Please pm me if you have any offers or suggestions, Thanks, Walter.
