I am presently working for a very prominent executive producer out here in los angeles who is looking for private, individual investors to invest in his current production. The project has been green lighted and is being fast tracked by the studio. Also, the majority of the funding is coming from the studio. He is just selling off a small percentage to individual, private investors to retain more control over the project. The payout will be tremendous.
